February is Love Your Farmer Month

at the Greenwich Farmers’ Market

Wednesday’s 3:00 – 6:00 pm
106 Main Street, Greenwich

10% of vendor sales will benefit ASA
For the ENTIRE month of February!

Crandalls Corners Farm is a 3-acre family vegetable farm in Easton, NY. Our vegetables are grown using sustainable farming methods with no pesticides, herbicides, or chemical fertilizers. For February farmers’ markets we will have carrots, beets, watermelon radish, celeriac, potatoes, sweet potatoes, shallots, onions, cabbage, pea shoots, sunflower shoots, spinach and vegetable valentine cards. Recipes for cooking with our winter vegetables will be available.

Good Fence Farm is located in Fort Edward, NY. We raise heritage breed grass-fed and finished beef. We raise our beef without antibiotics, naturally, on our fourth generation family farm. Our beef is dry aged and expertly butchered to provide our customers with a great product.

Harvest Basket Herbs, based in Schuylerville, NY offers homegrown herbal tea blends. The herbs are grown without the use of synthetic chemicals or are sustainably wildcrafted on local organic farms. The flavors are lemony, floral, minty, gingery, or a combination.

Greenwich
Joint Venture Farm is owned and operated by Gary & MaryAnn Brownell and their daughter Margaret. They are the 3rd generation to farm this land. Joint Venture Farm offers cage free eggs, Cornish Cross meat chickens and pork. The laying hens are on pasture in the summer and in the converted dairy barn in the winter. The meat chickens arrive at the farm when they are one day old and are raised on the farm. The pigs are all born and raised on the farm, and processed at a local USDA butcher shop.
